The company was formed in 1999 by Donna Grindle to meet a request from a group of companies forming an alliance to work together on managing, developing, supporting and maintaining their medical billing business technology. That work is ongoing and continues to be successful. We provide a wide variety of programming, consulting, networking, training and systems management services for those clients still today.
One of the many services performed by the company was to hold meetings and training sessions for the staff of the companies. Planning these meetings and sessions at various locations around the country was just the start. As we got further involved in these and other event management opportunities, it became obvious that Karla Kreitner, a managing partner, had a knack for these projects. She began taking additional courses in Event Planning and we continued to expand that business until we added the
Kardon Events division in 2006. In addition to business meetings and training sessions we also do customer appreciation events, Grand Openings, employee appreciation events, holiday parties and many other business events. We have also added personal and charity fundraisers to the mix and do a wide range of events and parties.

Between the consulting business and the event business we met many small business owners who were struggling to find good technology support that they could count on to solve their problems and make technology useful in the offices, not just a necessary evil. After many years of requests, we added a division to deal directly with those needs of small business owners in 2010.
Kardon Technology is there to provide assistance, guidance and planning for small businesses technology needs primarily in Atlanta and the Southeast.
